Port of Québec Oasis offers an unforgettable swimming experience in the St. Lawrence River!
First harbour bath in North America, its swimming lanes and swimming area make it a unique site to enjoy the pleasures of the summer season.
- Swimming at Oasis du Port de Québec is available from Wednesday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., from June 19 to August 30.
- Access to the site, swimming lanes, and the port swimming area is free of charge.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and must successfully complete a swimming ability assessment in order to swim without a flotation device.
- Children aged 7 and under must wear a flotation device at all times.
- No glass containers are permitted on site.
- All animals must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Swimming is prohibited for individuals experiencing diarrhea, contagious skin lesions, or any other condition that may pose a risk of infection or water contamination.
- It is also prohibited to repeatedly and intentionally hold one’s breath for extended periods, except as part of a supervised activity.

Good news: Swimming at Oasis is 100% free!
Access to the site, swimming lanes, and the port swimming area is completely free throughout the season. Only open-water swimming lessons are subject to a fee.

Every Tuesday and Thursday
- Open Water Swimming (5:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.) – Supervised training in a natural environment
- Adult Level 3 (6:00 p.m. to 6:50 p.m.) – Technique improvement and endurance training
Every Friday
- Open Water Swimming (8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) – Supervised training in a natural environment
Every Saturday
- Water Yoga (9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.)
